I sat down to re-image my just cratered laptop (XP) and thought, "Hey, if I've got to re-image this thing anyway I should try Win 7. I can download it from MS online store for only $120. Perfect" Then I saw the Family Pack and thought, "My wife would prefer this experience." So I went to purchase the Family Pack and saw that it isn't available for download. MS has decided that I've got to wait while till they ship me a CD. Now my choice is to either buy the lower value single install version, sit around with a dead box for days while MS ships the CD or re-image w XP right now. So here's the deal. You've just frustrated me unnecessarily. I'll stick with XP. ARGH – Not a complete online store!!
