Adobe releases DNG codec for Vista

View Comments

Hurray! Adobe finally releases a DNG codec for Windows Vista which will allow you to view thumbnails for DNG (Adobe Digital Negative) files in Windows Explorer and Windows Photo Gallery.

I’ve been anxiously waiting for this as it simplifies my photo management since I don’t always have to load Lightroom or Bridge just to see the image and correlate it back to the filename to manage in the file system.

Be warned, this is just a release candidate, but it’s better than nothing!
