Update on Vista and Sony SZ Series laptop
My Sony VGN-SZ381p on Vista is still trucking along happily. Today, I managed to snag internal beta drivers of all the Sony SZ utilities for Vista! After installing 17 utilities and 3 reboots, now at least my volume special function keys work. Still MIA are my display brightness and wifi toggling, but I’m hopeful that Sony will release these any day now 
If you are a Microsoftie and need a pointer to the beta utilities, shoot me an email. If you don’t work at Microsoft, don’t even ask because I’m not giving you a copy, sorry
